Riggs, John E. 92, passed away November 7, 2016. John was born in Trinidad, CO, he entered the United States Marine Corps in 1942, and was a member of the Commemorative Air Force Jayhawk Wing in Wichita. He was a chief pilot for Kaneb Pipeline, a member of the Wichita Radio Control Club and Chisolm Trail Rec. He was preceded by parents, William and Margaret Riggs; wife, Nancy; daughter, Mary; 2 sisters; and 3 brothers. John is survived by wife, Louise Koelling; granddaughters, Victoria (Keith) Murray and Cassie Iocco both of Georgia; 4 great-grandchildren; sister, Ethel Dolan of Oklahoma; brother, Robert (Marge) Riggs of Colorado; and numerous nieces and nephews.
